Crabby Jack's Fitness is in the relationship business as much as we are in the fitness business. We work closely with our clients as we help them get stronger, become healthier, and look better--often beyond what they thought was possible!

  • Do you need to be healthy or in shape to start?  Nope  I specialize and am certified in helping people with medical and orthopedic issues. 

  • Will you have fun?  Yes, I swear. Even if you don't enjoy exercising

  • Is it normal to be apprehensive at first?  Absolutely  Most clients tell us their nervousness is gone before their first session is over.

  • How soon will you notice results?  One week:  improved sleep & increased energy. More results will follow!

  • Can I help you with nutrition and weight loss?  Yes  I can give general guidance or even provide medically-based meal planning and food.

I have worked out with Jeff for over 20 years. In that time he has trained me for a fitness show, 5K race, and long hikes that require strenuous reaches and climbs. Most importantly, Jeff has taught me about healthy eating habits as well as keeping my body fit and strong. I have had several falls throughout the years that would have sent most people to the hospital. However, since I exercise regularly with Jeff, my recovery time is minimal. He excels in his knowledge of the body. Jeff responds quickly to questions or concerns.

But what I didn't expect was how helpful and dedicated Jeff is. Not only did he really listen to what I was struggling with, but he actually figured out the problem -- something my doctors and trainers at Orangetheory and other places couldn't -- and then put together a program to heal the muscle group causing the pain. Not perfect…but definitely an improvement.            He was also more than willing to write me a medical letter of necessity so I can run it [training fees] through my HSA.
